All products sold at Vault Collective are 100% original and authentic. We do not sell replicas, copies, or "original quality" products. All items come directly from brands or certified official distributors.

Each product is verified and certified by our team before shipping. All items include original packaging, tags, certificates of authenticity (when applicable), and complete brand documentation.
Do you have a physical store?
We currently operate exclusively online through our website. This allows us to offer more competitive prices and a wider selection of products.

Do I need to create an account to shop?
It is not mandatory to create an account to make purchases at Vault Collective, but we recommend that you do. With an account, you can track orders, save shipping details, and access your purchase history more easily.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is very simple: click here, enter your email, name, complete address, and create a password. Accept the terms and conditions and confirm your account through the email you will receive.

What are the delivery times?
Browse the products, select the desired size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Review the items in your cart, click "Checkout," fill in shipping and payment details, and confirm the order.
How do I know my purchase was completed?
Upon completing the order, you will see a confirmation message on the screen and immediately receive a confirmation email with all purchase details.
Can I modify or cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Once confirmed and processed, it is not possible to cancel or modify the order. If you forgot something, you will need to place a new separate order. If you need help with your order reach us.
Is stock always guaranteed when I make a purchase?
Our stock system is automated, but occasional errors may occur. If your order is affected, we will immediately contact you to find a solution.
Will I receive an invoice?

Products must be in the same condition as they were sent: without signs of use, with all original tags and packaging intact. Sale items are not eligible for return.

Who pays for return costs?

Can I return without the original box?
No, it is mandatory to send all items in the original box or packaging. Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.
How do exchanges work?
To exchange a product for another size or model, you must first make a return. When we receive the product, we will send the new item. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
When do I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and verification of the product. The amount will be returned through the original payment method.
