Order Policy
Acceptance and Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance by Vault Collective. Once the order is confirmed and payment is processed, it is not possible to cancel the order.
Processing and Shipping Times
Products in stock:
• Portugal: 2-4 business days
• Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days
Products by request:
• Portugal: 5-10 business days
• Rest of Europe: 6-12 business days

Prices and Payment
All prices shown on the website include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Shipping costs are additional and will be displayed before completing the purchase.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

• In case of return, a shipping label will be sent to the customer
• Return costs are the customer's responsibility, according to the shipping rates available on the Shipping and Returns page
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and verification of the product
Warranties
All products sold by Vault Collective benefit from the legal warranty of 2 years, as established in Decree-Law No. 84/2021. In case of defect of conformity, Vault Collective will proceed with repair, replacement, or refund of the amount paid, at no cost to the consumer.
Restrictions and Prohibitions
The use of bots, spiders, crawlers, or any automated devices to navigate the website or place orders is expressly prohibited. Vault Collective reserves the right to immediately cancel any order placed through automation or that violates these terms.
Liability and Limitations
Vault Collective is not responsible for:
• Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery to the carrier
• Shipping problems caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond the company's control (strikes, weather conditions, etc.)
Vault Collective's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
